Join Susan’s friendly classes, whatever your age and no matter how flexible you are. Iyengar Yoga is traditional Hatha yoga based on the teachings of BKS Iyengar, placing particular focus on body awareness to help you develop healthy alignment in the poses.

Susan believes regular practice is a powerful tool to help you through life’s ups and downs and will put you on the path to good health. Classes are in 6 week blocks with a 2 week break for home practice, which Susan encourages by giving out a sequence at the end of each block.
