About Newport Village Hall

Newport Village Hall is a large multi-purpose venue for hire perfect for events, groups, classes, parties, meetings, weddings and much more. The hall has always been since initial build and remains to this day a key hub of the community in the village. We have two hire spaces – the Main Hall and the Marion Faber Room, details of both are below.

The hall has the following facilities available to all hirers:

Main Hall

Our Main Hall is perfect for all types of events including classes, groups, larger scale meetings, theatre productions and much more. You benefit from full use of our fully functional kitchen, additional bar area and stage.

Marion Faber Room

Our Marion Faber Room is perfect for smaller classes, meetings and events.

Management Team

If you have any enquiries or questions regarding Newport Village Hall, please do contact our team of trustees. We do not currently have any paid roles but if you think you could your skills could be of use to our village hall please drop us a line.

ROBERT WILLISMaintenance Manager
Robert is responsible for the maintenance of Newport Village Hall both internally and externally. He is also responsible for liaising with all our partner suppliers who work with us to keep the hall in tip top condition.

Our Board of Trustees are responsible for the governance of Newport Village Hall and our charitable status. There are various types of Trustee positions available, if you think you would like to join our volunteer team please drop us a line.

How do we manage Newport Village Hall?

Newport Village Hall is a registered charity and as such is governed by our scheme document as registered with the Charities Commission. We have two key teams that oversee the running of the hall. Our Management Team and our Board of Trustees. Our Board of Trustees meet on a quarterly basis each year to discus all policy decisions at the hall.
